We accept all major Credit Cards. Payment is due at time of service. (We do not keep cash in the office)
A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture services. Patients should contact their carrier to inquire. We will, upon request, provide a detailed statement for patients to submit to their carriers for reimbursement. Please note that full payment is due at time of service and we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
In order to avoid a late cancellation charge, please give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
