Payment Method:
Cash, Check, Credit Card. Payment is due at time of service.
Insurance:
A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture services. Patients should contact their carrier to inquire. We will, upon request, provide a bill for patients to submit to their carriers for reimbursement. Please note that full payment is due at time of service and we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to avoid a late cancellation charge of $30.00, please give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
