Clinic Safety Policies and Procedures

Patient Policies:

  • We ask that no one with a fever or chills, body aches, sore throat, cough, or any cold/flu symptoms or new loss of taste or smell come into the clinic that day.  Please call to cancel with no late cancel fees.  (After 5 days, if you are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication and your symptoms are improving, you may call to reschedule your appointment)
  • If you were exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19, please wear a mask when entering the clinic for 10 full days from the day of exposure.
  • We ask that only the patient receiving treatment enter the clinic.
  • We encourage everyone entering the clinic to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth, this includes our staff and practitioners.
  • Please wash or sanitize your hands thoroughly before going back to the treatment room. There will be hand sanitizer available at the clinic.

Clinic Safety and Precautions:

  • Treatment rooms are equipped with air purifiers with H13 True HEPA filters.
  • High touch surfaces will be sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant.
  • Treatment tables will have disposable table paper which are disposed of after each patient.
  • Your practitioner will be wearing a mask during your treatment, and he will be washing his hands before and after each treatment.
  • We have staggered practitioners’ practice schedules in efforts to minimize physical interactions and number of people in the clinic.
  • The clinic offers touchless check-in/out options, and online scheduling.
