Acupuncture uses small sterilized-disposable needles which cause a rise in endorphins, vasodilation of blood vessels, and balances energy along the meridian systems. As a result, pain and discomfort is reduced and tissues heal.

What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is often an effective therapy for other chronic and painful debilitating disorders which have no clear explanation or origin.
What it feels like?
Acupuncture consists of the gentle insertion and stimulation of thin, disposable, sterile needles at strategic points near the surface of the body in order to promote the circulation of Qi and adjust the imbalance of Yin and Yang. The needles are much finer than the familiar hypodermic needle. After the insertion of the needles, patients may feel the pressure or distention, which means the arrival of Qi, instead of feeling pain. Acupuncture has been proven to stimulate the release of opiate-like hormones and induce a deep state of relaxation, balance and healing.
